The content of the clinical forms is stored in a structured manner to allow future interoperability with systems that adopt the openEHR standard.
Today the system has the clinical forms for standard care, immunization, odontology and free text form;4) Take photos and attach them in the patient records;5) Draw on models and attach the drawings in patient records;6) Clinical Summary View.
The clinical summary is created dynamically as the clinical forms are filled.
Displays Medicines, Allergies, Vaccines, Diagnostics and Latest Encounters;7) Send e-mail to the patient with the clinical information of medical encounters;9) Allows using Auto-fill models that assist in the completion of clinical forms and,10) Backup of all clinical and demographic information.
